SHIPPING POLICY

Wendy Fletcher Fine Art currently ships within the United States.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of artwork purchased. Original artwork and sculptures are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment and may require additional processing time. Prints and other made-to-order products may be produced and shipped by one of our professional fulfillment partners.

Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided when available. Please note that processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Oversized, unusually heavy, or fragile original artwork may require special shipping arrangements or additional shipping charges. If special arrangements are necessary, we will contact you before shipment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Wendy Fletcher Fine Art as soon as possible and retain the artwork and all original packaging. Photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box may be required so that we can assist with the claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Wendy Fletcher Fine Art is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Shipping

At this time, Wendy Fletcher Fine Art ships within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
