Returns & Refunds

At Wendy Fletcher Art, each piece reflects a passion for original artwork, photography, and creative design. Many of our products are original, one-of-a-kind, or produced specifically for your order.

Please review our return and refund policy before purchasing.

Original Artwork & Sculptures

All original paintings and sculptures are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preference.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Fine Art Prints & Made-to-Order Merchandise

Our fine art prints, T-shirts, hoodies, and other print-on-demand merchandise are produced specifically for each order.

Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Changes of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Accidental orders that have already entered production

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every customer to receive their artwork and merchandise in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because many products are made specifically for each order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production or shipped generally cannot be canceled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a refund of shipping is otherwise required by law.
